When scheduled as Lead Shift, you will assist with shift coordination, task delegation, and opening/closing duties to support store operations and leadership, ensuring a smooth and welcoming retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail sales experience is a plus.
• Lead Shift assignments may require opening/closing, task coordination, or shift support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions.
• Upsell through product recommendations and stay aware of new products and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor and checkout area.
• Process transactions and handle cash, checks, and cards accurately.
• Perform store admin tasks and follow company policies and loss prevention practices.
• Assist Lead Shift duties: coordinate daily flow, assign tasks, supervise team, open/close procedures.
