Job summary

Daiso USA is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with sales, maintain merchandise presentation, and process transactions in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll help customers, answer questions, and guide them to solutions with a positive attitude.

When assigned to a Lead Shift, you will support management in coordinating tasks, guiding team members, and assisting with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Lead Shift support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions.
• Upsell through product recommendations and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and elevate issues to store leadership when needed.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
