Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail sales experience is a plus.
• Lead Shift assignments may require opening/closing, task coordination, or shift support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products or solutions.
• Upsell through product recommendations and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor, checkout, and back stock area.
• Process transactions at the register and handle payments.
• Carry out store administrative tasks and follow policies.
• Lead Shift duties when scheduled, coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
