Job summary

Daiso USA Store is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with product questions, and process transactions efficiently. You will help maintain product displays and stock while promoting a friendly shopping environment.

You may also assist with opening/closing duties and support the manager during Lead Shifts to ensure smooth store operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years of retail, customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Lead shift assignments: experience coordinating tasks and supporting opening/closing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and a clean, safe store environment.
