Job summary

Daiso USA is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales on the shop floor. You will greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products to enhance their shopping experience.

As a team member, you will help with merchandising, cash handling, and routine store operations to maintain a clean and organized environment. Lead Shift duties may apply with added responsibilities and differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to support the shopping experience.
• Upsell through appropriate product recommendations and stay aware of new products and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor and checkout area.
• Handle receiving, pricing, labeling, and replenishing merchandise.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments accurately; complete admin tasks as directed.
