Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Prior retail sales experience or similar customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Lead Shift assignments may require opening/closing, task coordination, or training support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions about products, promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or solutions to support the shopping experience.
• Upsell through appropriate product recommendations and stay aware of new products and promotions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to store leadership when necessary.
• Organize merchandise on shelves and restock when low or empty.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, checkout area, and back stock area.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process payments.
• Carry out store administrative tasks and follow company procedures.
