Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with cash register functions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Greet customers, understand their needs, and educate them on product features and benefits.
• Inform customers about promotions and help with pricing and stocking.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced.
• Protect products by monitoring merchandise and reporting security issues, while following safety procedures.
• Process transactions and close sales with upselling and effective customer engagement.
