Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to support the store management team in daily operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will drive sales, assist with merchandising, and help maintain store standards across assigned locations.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work 35–40 hours weekly with flexibility to travel between stores within the district.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to interact with customers and staff.
• Willing to work at least 35 hours per week and across multiple stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Builds customer relationships by providing proactive and courteous service.
• Displays fashion and trend knowledge to assist customers with merchandise selection.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing to maintain store standards.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports management in achieving store goals.
• Monitors loss prevention, ensures compliance with policies, and protects inventory.
