DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate in New York to support store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales. You will assist with merchandising, pricing, and daily tasks while upholding company standards and loss-prevention policies.

The role requires excellent communication, flexibility to work in multiple stores within the district, and a commitment to a 35–40 hour work week with a competitive hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00 and eligibility for the 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language for interaction with customers and management.

Responsabilités

• Assist store management with daily store operations and customer service.
• Sell merchandise to drive sales while upholding company standards.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Help minimize shrink and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales environment.
• Work 35–40 hours per week; willingness to work across multiple stores.
