Job summary

DTLR, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Sales Associate to support the store team in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

The role includes merchandising, restocking, and assisting with daily operations to maintain a professional, friendly shopping environment. You will be part of a dynamic team, required to work across multiple stores in the district, with availability for a 35–40 hour work week and a focus on shrink control and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in English with customers and teammates.
• Willing to work across multiple stores in the district.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily operations and customer service.
• Help with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Provide friendly, professional, and reliable service.
• Support loss prevention and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales.
• Work 35–40 hours per week.
