Job summary

DTLR, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Associate to help our customers have the best experience possible in-store. You will support management, drive sales, handle merchandising and daily operations with a professional, courteous demeanor.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and flexibility to work across district stores. A high school diploma is preferred; 35–40 hour work week; 401K eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience or relevant retail exposure is preferred.
• Ability to follow direction and work under supervision.
• Willingness to operate across multiple stores within the district.
• Retail or footwear knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with daily store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Drive sales, merchandising, and price integrity.
• Assist with shipments, restocking, and pricing activities.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales environment.
