Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to support store management with daily operations, provide attentive customer service, drive sales, merchandising, and other responsibilities as assigned by management. All activities are expected to be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and in a results-oriented manner.

The standard work week consists of 35 to 40 hours. Applicants should have retail or customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to lead and take charge when needed.
• Flexible to work across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships with professional, courteous service.
• Assist with merchandising, shipments, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and follow policies.
• Support loss prevention and monitor store security.
• Balance cash and investigate discrepancies with management.
• Maintain neat and orderly sales environment.
• Work 35–40 hours per week.
• Provide training support to employees.
