Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to support store management with daily operations, excellent customer service, and sales growth. You will assist with merchandising, restocking, and pricing while upholding company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, a high school diploma preferred, and flexible availability including weekends. Compensation includes an hourly wage and eligibility for the company 401K plan.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships with professional, courteous service.
• Sell merchandise and maintain store standards and appearance.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Support loss prevention and security procedures and POS operations.
• Help store management monitor operations and shrinkage.
