Job summary

AbleLight in Watertown, WI is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to provide fast, friendly service to customers and donors. This role supports donations, stocking, and fundraising activities while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, assisting donors, and ensuring merchandise is well displayed and organized. Any Day Pay is available through Dayforce Wallet to access earned wages promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years or older.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Stand on your feet for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Answer and respond to telephone customers in professional manner.
• Assist donors with their donations: transfer merchandise from donor vehicle to building and offers tax receipts to every donor.
• Keeps inside and outside of donation center organized and clean.
• Assist in stocking sales floor, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise.
• Support raising funds for the AbleLight charity through “round ups” at the register and other events initiated by AbleLight.
• This list does not contain all responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate. There may be other duties assigned during the workday.
