Job summary

AbleLight in Neenah, WI, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly service to customers and donors while maintaining a welcoming, clean store.

You will operate the cash register, respond to calls, assist donors with donations, issue tax receipts, stock shelves, and help with displays. This non-profit offers a 403(b) with 3.5% match, flexible hours, store discounts, and the new Any Day Pay option through Dayforce Wallet.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years or older.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Stand on your feet for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Answer and respond to telephone customers in professional manner.
• Support donors with their donations: Transfer merchandise from donor vehicle to building and offers tax receipts to every donor. Keeps inside and outside of donation center organized and clean.
• Assist in stocking sales floor, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise.
• Actively participate and support raising funds for the AbleLight charity through "round ups" at the register and other events initiated by AbleLight.
