Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a customer-focused associate for our retail or consumer health environment. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, processing sales accurately, and supporting financing needs while meeting sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of customer service or sales experience and are legally eligible to work in the US. This on-site position includes cash handling responsibilities and potential growth within a global health-focused company.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
