Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a retail associate in Renton, WA to deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and support customers with financing and transactions. You will help meet sales goals while handling cash and store opening/closing duties.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are 18+, and legally authorized to work in the US. High school diploma preferred. This is a on-site role.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
