Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, cash handling, and supporting customers with financing options, while contributing to team goals and a positive store experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of customer service or sales experience, basic POS knowledge, and a willingness to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, following cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as needed.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Assist with store opening/closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
