Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Burleson, Texas seeks a friendly Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and assist customers with financing and credit applications. You will help meet sales goals, support KPI targets, and participate in opening/closing procedures with cash handling duties.

Requirements include US work authorization, 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
