Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a friendly, driven retail associate to deliver outstanding service and support customers in our store. In this role you will accurately process sales orders, assist customers with financing where needed, meet sales goals, and participate in opening and closing duties including cash reconciliation.

Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred; must be legally eligible to work in the US and be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
