Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused store associate to deliver outstanding service to guests and support sales goals at our Holmen, Wisconsin location. You will process orders, assist with financing, and contribute to cash-handling duties while helping open and close the store as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or sales experience, is legally eligible to work in the US, and can lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years or older.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
