Quality Talent Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join our retail team in Park Forest, IL. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and support financing-related inquiries in a busy store environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and a customer-focused mindset with a goal-oriented approach. On-site position with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred


• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred


• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
