AAA Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Richmond, VA. You will promote AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while helping customers plan trips and manage travel needs. You will also handle Roadside Assistance calls and support cashiering and related services.

The role requires strong communication, comfort with multiple systems, and a high school diploma. Notary candidacy within 6 months is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time

• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.

• Hourly Pay: $16.37 to $20.93 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

  • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit
