Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Alexandria, VA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate. The role offers an hourly pay range of $18.82–$24.00 with a 37.5 hour week and no late nights or Sundays. Expect monthly incentive earnings based on performance and opportunities to grow within a trusted brand.

The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly, and prior sales experience is a plus. Notary designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months is requested.

• Support team operations with cashiering, tag and title, and ID services as needed.

Pay and Incentives

Hourly Pay: $18.82 - $24.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 - $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

Schedule

Store hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 1PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week No late nights. No Sundays!

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment

• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
• This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
