AAA is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help members with memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products. You will assist with travel planning, roadside assistance, and related services, contributing to overall sales performance.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain is preferred.

• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.

• Hourly Pay: $16.37 – $20.93. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
