Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a frontline retail associate in the Orland Park area to deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and support daily store operations. Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience and are able to lift and move items as needed.

Role emphasizes meeting sales goals, cash handling, and contributing to inventory control. This is an on-site position requiring US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
