Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a frontline Retail Associate in Smyrna, TN to deliver outstanding customer service and help drive sales for a prominent consumer brand.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs, and a friendly, reliable team player who can handle cash and inventory tasks in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
