Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a store team member to deliver an outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. You will accurately process sales orders, adhere to cash handling protocols, and help drive sales to meet KPI targets.

You will support inventory management and loss prevention, and assist with opening and closing procedures. This role requires legal work authorization in the US, at least a high school diploma, and a willingness to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
