Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a dedicated in-store Customer Service Associate to join our Texas team. You will provide an outstanding customer experience, accurately process sales orders, and contribute to achieving daily KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support inventory control, assist with opening and closing procedures, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while upholding cash handling standards and friendly service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
