Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service and sales associate for our Wisconsin store. You will provide outstanding guest experiences and help drive sales while processing orders accurately and handling cash.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are at least 18, and can lift up to 25 IBS with/without accommodation. This full-time role supports inventory and store opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
