Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a friendly retail teammate to deliver outstanding customer service, accurately process sales, and support inventory within our US store network.

The role requires eligibility to work in the United States, at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, and lifting up to 25 lbs is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
