Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring for an entry-level retail associate in Kamay, Texas. You will provide outstanding service to every customer, process sales orders accurately, and help achieve store goals.

This role supports inventory control and loss prevention, assists with opening and closing duties, and participates in ongoing training to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
