Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Candidates should have passion for tarte products, retail sales experience in Sephora and/or Ulta, strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills, and enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers. Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings, is required.

Job Description:

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media

Benefits

• Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience))
