Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets, including Fairview Heights, Illinois. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with shoppers, and achieving sales goals.

You will assist with merchandising, stock, and in-store displays, while working weekends and some evenings. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail beauty experience, especially Sephora/Ulta environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings.
• Smartphone ownership and familiarity with apps/social media.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

Job Description:
tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
