Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. You will engage with customers, promote tarte products, and contribute to a vibrant in-store experience.

Ideal candidates have beauty retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales goals while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. Availability on weekends and some evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products.
• Retail sales experience in Sephora and/or Ulta environments.
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to engage and assist customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive SPH target: $200/hour and sales-driven mindset.
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Own a smartphone and have working knowledge of apps/social media.

• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
