Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in Paramus, New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, leveraging brand knowledge, and driving sales in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

Candidates should have experience in cosmetics within Sephora or Ulta environments, a passion for tarte products, and strong communication skills. This position offers a collaborative, creative work culture and weekend/evening availability

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products.
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments.
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour).
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media.
