Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. Passion for tarte products and strong customer service will help you connect with shoppers.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience (Sephora/Ulta), excellent communication, merchandising skills, and availability on weekends and some evenings. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products.
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments.
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour).
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media.
