Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced part-time retail sales associates in select markets. You will engage customers, provide product recommendations and help maintain appealing displays in-store.

Ideal candidates have beauty retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for tarte products. Availability on weekends and some evenings is required; smartphone and social media savvy are a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Passion for tarte products and beauty brand.
• Retail sales experience in cosmetic environments preferred (Sephora/Ulta).
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to engage customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive drive with sales targets (SPH).
• Weekend and some evenings availability.
• Own a smartphone and knowledge of apps/social media.

Job Description:
tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media

Benefits

• Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience))
