Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting tarte products, and maintaining in-store merchandising while delivering friendly and knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with Sephora and/or Ulta environments.
• Passion for tarte products and cruelty-free cosmetics.
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to engage customers.
• Merchandising and planogram experience.
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour).
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Own a smartphone and have working knowledge of apps and social media.
