Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets across the United States. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills, contain a passion for tarte products, and be available for peak retail hours including weekends and some evenings. Smartphone use and social media familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in cosmetics or beauty is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Sephora/Ulta environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, answer questions, and close sales.
• Maintain and replenish displays and ensure accurate planograms.
• Engage shoppers during peak hours, especially weekends and some evenings.

Job Description

tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets.

Requirements

• Passion for tarte products
• Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
• Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
• Merchandising and planogram experience
• Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
• Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media

• Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience))
