Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Lima, OH is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate to promote AAA memberships and related products. You will assist customers with travel planning, respond to RACC calls, and support cashiering and ID services as needed.

We look for a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a willingness to obtain a Notary Public designation within 6 months. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Handle RACC calls throughout the day and support cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
