AAA Club Alliance is hiring a full-time Retail Membership Sales Specialist at our Warrington, PA store. You will drive membership sales, upsell upgrades, and engage with members both in-store and via outbound calls.

The role includes documenting interactions and serving as the go-to contact for membership inquiries. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday hours, and the possibility of bonus incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of sales and customer service experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging customers.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites and programs.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships, upsell upgrades and add-ons.
• Engage with the membership base through in-store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls.
• Document all leads/interactions clearly for future reference.
• Serve as the go-to person in-store for membership inquiries and guidance.
• Backup support in Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services when applicable.
