Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to promote memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting customers with travel planning and arrangements in Fairfax, VA. You will respond to Roadside Assistance inquiries and support cashiering, tag/title, and ID services to ensure smooth operations.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain value clearly.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage Roadside Assistance calls and support cashiering, tag/title, and ID services as needed.
