AAA Club Alliance in Norman, OK is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to promote AAA memberships, assist with travel planning, and handle Roadside Assistance calls. This role supports sales performance and cashiering activities in a busy environment.

The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a trusted brand. No Sundays, with a balanced schedule and a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain value.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Able to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Support team operations with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
