AAA Club Alliance is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Langhorne, PA. You will drive sales and provide concierge service in a busy retail environment, helping members with memberships, travel planning, and related referrals.

The role requires solid sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple programs. Notary or willingness to obtain within 6 months is noted. Benefits include PTO, 401k, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products, memberships, credit cards and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel, including car rentals and hotels.
• Answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak volumes for timely service.
• Provide backup support in Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services when applicable.

Oxford Valley Road, Langhorne, PA 19047What our Retail Sales Associates do:Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.What you will need:Required previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.Showcase effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.Navigate multiple websites and programs with ease, demonstrating proficiency in computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent requiredSatisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
