Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused team member for a Utah location to deliver exceptional service and assist with sales and store operations. The role emphasizes a positive customer experience, accuracy in cash handling, and achievement of sales goals.

Responsibilities include supporting inventory controls, aiding opening/closing, and working to meet KPI targets while providing friendly, reliable service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
