Job summary

The Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, WV, is seeking staff to deliver a welcoming shopping experience and assist guests with purchasing decisions. You will operate the POS system, process sales, restock inventory, and provide camp information while upholding Scout values.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with general computer skills and willingness to obtain Scout America membership; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus. Work hours are 45-55 with housing provided in Staff Camp.

Qualifications

• Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (background screening).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication.

Physical & Practical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 9 hours daily and ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds
• Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines
• Housing: 10'x12' platform tent in Staff Camp | Uniform: Summit Staff Uniform | Work Hours: 45-55
