AAA Club Alliance is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate at our Newark, DE location. The role reports to the store leadership team and offers a base hourly wage of $17.18 to $21.97, plus incentive pay monthly.

Typical weekly hours are 37.5 with no Sundays, and a robust benefits package detailed on our benefits page. Responsibilities include upselling AAA memberships, travel planning assistance, handling roadside assistance calls, and cashiering duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Required previous sales and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Notary designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes.
• Serve as backup in Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
