Job summary

Greenworks Tools is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Lowe’s, TSC, Target, and Best Buy by compiling sales data, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports for management. You will coordinate with marketing, finance, and shipping to align deliveries and promotions, and provide logistical support for trade shows and meetings.

You will work closely with Account Managers and the Vice President of Retail to ensure accounts have data, materials, and coordination needed to run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales support, coordination, or admin; retail/CPG a plus.
• Strong Excel, pivot tables, and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Compile sales data and prepare regular reports and dashboards for Lowe’s, TSC, Target, and Best Buy.
• Support Account Managers with sales, forecast, and POS data.
• Coordinate with finance to resolve pricing discrepancies and disputes.
• Align order deliveries with shipping and supply chain; track shipments.
• Assist in planning in-store promotions and promotions calendars.
• Prepare sales presentations and account planning materials.
• Provide on-site trade show support and travel arrangements.
• Maintain organized records for the retail account team.
