FirstCash, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Earn $14.00–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and benefits. Great hours with stores typically open 9AM–6PM and many locations closed Sundays.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loan activity, and maintaining a clean sales floor. The role offers earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and 401(k) enrollment after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per company policies and regulations.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
